Reliance Infrastructure ltd., one of the biggest EPC companies in India was setting up a 2x600MW Thermal power plant for Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited in Hissar, Haryana. The power plant equipment including the Generator was supplied by Shanghai Electric Company, China. The 10.5m long Generator weighing 320MT was to be installed at a height of 13.7m
Essar Power, Singrauli,
Essar Projects India Ltd. was setting up a 2x600MW super thermal power plant in Mahan, near Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. The plant was operated by Essar Power. Boiler drum measuring 27.94m X 2.67m X 2.67m and weighing 246MT was supplied by Harbin power,China. Boiler drum was to be installed at a height of 77m from ground level.
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) Mumbai refinery wanted to upgrade their plant adhering to the strict Euro 3 emission norms. To align with auto fuel policy, HPCL decided to add a Diesel Hydro Desulphurisation (DHDS) plant for producing diesel of Euro III quality. As a part of this project, they decided to install a new DHDS reactor at its operational refinery at Mahul, Mumbai.
Bandel Thermal Power
As part of modernizing old Power plants, the West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited decided to replace a 210MW Generator Stator at their Bandel power plant. The Entire EPC work for this job was awarded to Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Company, Korea.
Raichur, Andhra Pradesh
The Mantralayam bridge was to be constructed over the Tungbhadra river in Raichur, Andhra Pradesh. The 560m bridge involved launching of 2 sections of 280m length each from either sides. The 280m sections comprised of 7 nos. of 40m sections of 13m width and 9.5m height, weighing 1400MT.
Reliance Jamnagar – J3 Project,

Currently, we are executing a heavy logistics contract for Reliance Industries Limited’s J3 Project at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Our scope of work includes receiving the ODC’s and SODC’s through LO-LO/RO-RO operations on our Heavy transport equipment, unloading at the jetty till the time the heavy lifts are custom cleared and their transport/delivery to the site. We are responsible for all transport engineering including the stability/lashing calculations for all the heavy lifts.
Multimodal Transportation of 84 nos. of Super Heavy, SODC’s. The scope included marine transport on Barges from Sikka anchorage to Sikka Jetty and Land transport on SPMT’s over a distance of 23 km from Sikka Jetty to Reliance-JERP 2 Plant
